2023 Wild Cat of Suisun – Muscat Canelli

A unique exploration of a historic and storied varietal. Made using heritage techniques such as ambient ferments and pressed by hand through a wooden basket press, this is an elegant and focused wine with an astoundingly fragrant nose. Crisp and dry, it features notes of orange blossom, bergamot, and pears as well as a creamy mid-palate and long finish. Made using old-world techniques to create long-lived whites, this is a white wine that can and will reward returning to it over 10 years. Alc 13.8%, pH 3.38.
